Survey prize draw - terms and conditions

The promotion
Customers who complete the Toxindodger post-purchase survey are entered into a quarterly draw for the chance to win a $360 Toxindodger gift card.

Entry period
The draw runs across quarterly entry periods: 1 January to 31 March, 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September, and 1 October to 31 December (Australian Eastern Time).

How to enter
Complete the Toxindodger post-purchase survey within an entry period. Each completed survey counts as one entry. Entry is free, and no purchase is needed beyond the order that prompted the survey.

Eligibility
The draw is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or older. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, along with their immediate families, cannot enter. Entries tied to cancelled or refunded orders are void.

Prize
One prize is awarded per entry period: a $360 Toxindodger gift card. The prize cannot be transferred or swapped for cash. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is subject to our standard gift card terms.

The draw
Each draw is carried out electronically by random selection within 7 days after the entry period closes.

Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner can't be reached or doesn't reply within 14 days, the Promoter may draw again. The gift card is sent by email within 14 days once the winner has been verified.

Privacy
Entry details are managed in line with our Privacy Policy. Survey answers help us improve our products and are never published in a way that identifies you.

General
The Promoter may change or end this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
