A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDERS
We were done being lied to. So we made the products we wish existed.
We were expecting our first child when we went down the rabbit hole. We read the research on microplastics. We noticed how much chronic illness surrounded us, in our family and among our friends. One saying stayed with us: genetics loads the gun, environment pulls the trigger. And our environment was packed with plastic and chemicals no one had asked for.
So we set out to clean things up. Going low-tox meant ten different stores, ten different brands, and a wall of greenwashing from the plant-based industry. Exhausting.
So we created the swaps we wanted for ourselves. Then for our friends. Then for their friends. That's how Toxindodger began. We made it simpler to keep this stuff out of your body, because we wanted it out of ours.
